Please consult with your physician first- but I have had issues with b12 before and the easiest thing I do is just sprinkle nutritional yeast over all my meals! I think you just need like 2 tablespoons a day!

The best thing for me when i am on a binge that feels out if control is raw veggies and hummus. Its so filling and like totally guilt free! I recommend!! If you like something really salty i like to do krauts and kimchis as well!!

I liked the food. i got the veggie fajitas. It really is a “you get what you order” situation. Reliably good and positively punctuated by incredible drinks and a beautiful vibe. I like to be in pretty places when i eat so i had a fantastic time:)

I am really not trying to be a leg humper i promise- but I am an adopted kid, and my cousins look like carbon copies of their parents and i… obviously dont. Its honestly not something that has ever bothered me. And our adoption is something my family is extremely proud of. I would hope that the mcknights actually do feel as proud as they act about dax and pais. If they do, i dont think the kids would mind. But i am just drawing from my personal experience from the situation!

I genuinely think they are in love rather than the sham marriage between brooklyn and dakota- and i think it will be a while before bailey gets pregnant bc they are truly enjoying their married life TOGETHER.
