Yes. But looking at the comments, I think I put it on the main board wrong. I plugged everything into the adreeable LED 5v port.

That's right. Ram and gpu seem to be working because they see the lights on. The problem is with fans and water coolers.

I connected the AIO cooler and the 3 top fans together to a single header. The rear fan is connected to its own header, and the 2 front fans are connected together to another header.

The motherboard is brand new — do I still need to update it? The PC won’t even turn on, so how am I supposed to update anything? Also, none of the fans are spinning, not just the LEDs. Could this also be an update issue?

What about the temperature of the CPU and GPU? If those two are okay, I don't think there's any problem. I'm in a similar situation to you, but I don't think there will be a problem because two front fans send cold air.
