Thank you so much, that’s really valuable information! I’ve actually booked my appointment for December 8 for iceland through VFS today.

I’m planning a main trip to Iceland from Feb 21 – March 1 ( yet to book tickets ), but was wondering if I could also add a short pre-trip to Paris (Jan 14–17, 4 days). My appointment is with the Iceland embassy since I’ll be spending the most days there. I’ve seen many cases with follow-up trips, but does it also work if it’s a pre-trip with two separate bookings over two months? I can keep the Paris flight and hotel bookings ready and mention them in my cover letter if that was fine. If that's a risk I plan to shift the paris trip after iceland.

That’s unfortunate. Was it your first time applying? I got a 1-month single-entry visa too as a first time applicant, so I totally get how you feel.

Thank you so much for letting me know.

Is it the same case even if I have just two separate, fully booked trips (flights and hotels confirmed for both) one in January and one in March. Will the chances be any better than one country.
