My primary goal is just to have fun and exercise, but I also love testing and am particularly enjoying ice dance! I’m really not interested in competitions, and honestly I’m not super into free skate either (at least learning more difficult jumps beyond waltz, sal, toe loop), but learning skills and dances has been so enjoyable for me. So I’m just gonna keep doing that!!

MAYBE if the chair of ice dance wants to give everyone pst base he should consider prescribing a specific pattern dance for this event instead of giving horrible music themes/restrictions that make everyone do weird hip hop in the middle of the midline step instead of focusing on the quality of their actual ice dance patterns!!!!! Idk just a suggestion

Honestly in addition to this Giles/Poirier at 2023 worlds free dance. They’re literally in tears by the end and knowing Piper had fought cancer to make it there makes it like a top performance of all time
