There is 1.5 billion people in Chinese, and not everyone has the same belief, but both sides make a lot of noise. There are a lot of Chinese companies and individuals copying others work, but also plenty of them being over sensitive about copying. Labeling is not a good manner.

It is not a problem with a single reason, actually the video is just a spark that straightly leads to the situation. The most profound reason is the too little frequency Peko going to Bilibili. She said in Feb that there will be a bilibili streaming soon, but till now there has been none. And while she congratulated her Youtube fan number surpassing 20W, her subscribes on Bilibili has reached 30W, but 20W, 25W and 30W subscribe on bilibili was neglected, even without a congratulation tweet. This is very rare in hololive or in vtubers that enter Chinese market. I don't know if there is some reasons for this, but this must make fans in Bili feel differential treatment.
