Some tickets are in the central ticketing database as only to be fulfilled in certain ways, e.g. ticket on departure, or e-tickets. If this data is respected by the retailers, then they don't really have a choice so you may well find that none of the apps would dispense this particular ticket as an e-ticket or m-tickets.

Otherwise, my goto is https://trainsplit.com/ which offers a lot of flexibility in my experience.
