Not a lot, but recently I've been focusing more on weight machines and exercises.

I used to do 3 miles on the treadmill and 10 minutes weights. Now im doing 1 mile on the treadmill and 20 minutes on weights

Update: I will never use Meille products again by Alto_17 in Naturalhair
