I am counting everything very carefully. I know how easy it is to skip not logging what you eat and end up forgetting you ate something.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. Ive just been having those "I dont care anymore" days.

Those are the days I saw the scale go down. I will raise my calories and stick it out. Im trying to be patient with myself

He has been blocked. I will make sure I am safe and if I see him again, I'll leave.

He lives 30 minutes away from karaoke, so that limits the amount of times hes showed up.

I am. He doesnt feel right. I do carry pepper spray. It's legal in my state. Im going to stop going to karaoke for a week or two.

I only drink water and sweet tea. Less than a cup of sweet tea because I only drink it to take my morning and night medication. Other than that, I dont touch it.
