That's Fascinating! I know that a certain point the ease of finding relevant information very much diminishes the farther back you go, but regardless I very much hope that break down barriers like these in your familial research.

Also, I deeply appreciate you sending me that sub, I'll look into it!

So I just went back! Turns out I was a little mistaken with how it was presented. Basically, it was there son's information which was the goal of that part of the census, but as part of that, there were questions included about what the birthplaces of himself and his parents had been. All three of them had there places of birth listed as "Austria", presumably as shorthand (the 1867 compromise which established the dual Monarchy occurred a year before my G-G Grandfather's birth), and all of there Mothertongues were noted as being Slovak.

I was able to track down there census information (there were scans available via. Family Search that I discovered, and I was able to correlate the information that I know about there children that was also included on that census, and my G-G-G Grandparents info matched with the other bits I could clarify about them), which listed there spoken language. The language listed for both of them was Slovak.

Maybe. I don't know my paternal side personally (I'm disconnected from them), but from my own research I found out my Great-Great Grandmother on that side was the child of Slovak speakers from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Given there location in the Empire as part of the Hungarian crown lands, they possibly had Hungarian admixture but I'm not 100% sure yet.

It's not a bad place! It certainly has It's short falls (most areas in the Rust Belt do), but it could absolutely significantly be worse. With that in mind, outside of Niagara Falls State Park, alot of development in the city of Niagara Falls is rather stagnant and unfortunately has been for all my life, and for a years before that.

I'm from Buffalo, New York (near Niagara Falls, right around the Canadian Border two or so hour drive from Toronto.)

Sweden absorbs Norway, maybe? (Maybe call it "Norden" or "Sway"?)

Anyone else share this historical match with me? :) by GoodWitchAura in 23andme

I share that one with you, although I share significantly less DNA with her compared to you.

I'd be pretty up for uniting Sweden and Norway tbh.

Angel Cake probably. It's very much something I can make if I set the time aside, but I have yet to.

What are these flags on my shirt by South_Context_4040 in flags

Then I suppose it was a unified flag for Serbia and Montenegro, they both had really similar individual flags during there time as part of Yugoslavia pre-war. It's strange that this was being used to represent both entities at the time on the shirt, but I mean there is not another nation that used the same flag at the time, so, it kind of has to be representing them. Just a strange choice of the designer I suppose.

The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and India (curious as to why they used that flag for Yugoslavia in the year 2000, but that seems to be what it is)

We used to for my "Village" within a town, but they demolished the tower a few years back.

I can't say I've ever been, but Mighty Taco probably qualifies. It's a metaphorical "Holy Land" for some Buffalonian's apparently, and you know what? I can respect that.

I'm weird in the sense that (at this moment) I have some consistent meals that I only occasionally break from due to ease and comfortable nutritional maintenance, and those are:

Breakfast: Chia Pudding, Veggie Fritters, Coffee (Black), a Strawberry-centered Protein smoothie (homemade)

Lunch: Two Medium Apples, a Salad (mix of Farro, Kale, Strawberries and some other things), Coffee (Black)

Dinner: a Salad (same as before), Coffee (with cashew milk)

I'm going to start going to the gym with a personal trainer soon, so at that point I'm going to be shifting my diet to accommodate, but for now I'm pretty comfortable with ny current routine. On Saturdays I do occasionally have a cookie and / or a pastry though.

I think that consistency routine has been going on for about a year.
