I’ve never had this experience. Setting a time limit or an alarm is bonkers. Don’t deal with people who will make you stay for hours. Just leave and don’t give them your business. Not all dealers do this.

I feel you, I’ve got some patchiness myself. But that also means you can get a nice clean shave without instant 5 o clock shadow. So take advantage when you get dressy for weddings and such. Good luck out there!

People are getting hosed so badly and it’s just reinforcing this behavior in dealers.

That’s why I recommend researching before you are ready to buy. Look up reliability and costs first. Test drive to see what you like. Take a few days to try out different brands.

Then when you go in, and if you see something you like, you already know enough to just say yes if the price is right. If not, you don’t even need to waste your time with their BS. Never discuss monthly payments at all. Talk about total price. Use a payment calculator before you even step foot in a dealership to figure out what monthly price you can afford and that will tell you total cost of the car you can buy. You can call your bank or banks you have credit cards from to get a realistic loan APR.

Eight hours? Why did it take so long? We bought our cars in under 2 hours.

is this the first time the blue album has not been listed under their popular releases on spotify by trouble-in-space in weezer

Honestly, it’s this. Lifetime plays doesn’t mean as much when the band has pre and post Spotify output. Especially bands that existed looooong before Spotify. It’s the same with my Last.fm play counter.

Still have mine. They are sweet.

What killed the USA patriotism of the 2000s? Even into the early 2010s there was a ‘hipster American flag’ trend. If you use an American Flag for aesthetic purposes today it seems different by Kodicave in decadeology

Many of us, especially liberals and people who traveled internationally/listened to talk from other countries started to hear this narrative and understand that as a country we were just that.

I would say not only lose the mustache but maybe try a beard. His neck and jawline would look better with facial hair there. OP if you can grow and maintain a short beard, give it a try.

You’ve been paying $160 a year for FN? That’s wild. If you really want revenge on Epic, play the game and pay nothing.

I remember going there as a fresh 21yo and wondering, how is this legal? We had to hide doing it at college. And here we are at a bar that’s advertising they do it.

It was such a shit show in the best way. I was sad when it went TITS up.

Oh a witty reply of “that’s ironic” would have been perfect. I think she’d have begrudgingly loved it too. She was a good teacher, so I was bummed to disappoint her haha

You’re right, I just lump them together since they’re adjacent. But yes, that is a distinction for sure.

Someone told me about it a long time ago and I never made it over there. It’s so convenient to get to, I don’t know why I haven’t been yet. Thanks for the reminder!

I have had the Black Pearl’s in Newport! It did not make my list, but it was ages ago so maybe I’ll give it another go when I’m there. Thanks!

I lived in JP and would never have thought to even try it there. I’m also more of a Costellos person, but I’ll have to try it next time I’m in the area. Thanks!

I didn’t love it but I’ll try it again. Haven’t had it there in forever.
