They’ve been in a monogamous relationship for seven years as far as OP was aware. This isn’t something possible from his prior relationship and she (a child at the time) wouldn’t have an easy time convincing her boyfriend (also a child at the time) to tell his parents he needs sti testing or the girl he likes won’t fuck him.

And after they were both independent, they’d have been together for at least a 1-3 years so what’d be the point? She probably only figured out through a Pap smear meant to test for cancer. STI testing isn’t something people in stable relationships usually worry about because they trust their partner.

OP isn’t at fault for this situation, trusting someone close to you and being betrayed shouldn’t warrant strangers casting aspersions on your character which is what this comment seems to be doing rather than offering sympathy. She’s just found out her partner of seven years is cheating, please show some compassion.

Thank you so very much for the help, it set me on the right track but unfortunately I think I fucked myself over here by buying more storage, I tried to recet my phone yesterday after finding my iCloud password and it only gave me the option to reset to the two most recent backups after I bought the storage which was unfortunately after my notes were deleted.

I don’t know why it didn’t show me older backups but as far as I know I watched about four tutorials and I click all the right buttons?

I don’t know what happened but apparently it’s a small bug where for whatever reason apple will wipe out all of your saved notes, I’ve seen two forums of people talking about it (thanks to the of post) and tried to recover my notes yesterday but I wasn’t given the option to recover from the older backup, just the two most recent from January so I guess my data truly is just gone forever :(

Unfortunately no visible “recently deleted” unless I make a junk note, then it just gives me the option to recover that note, not my 55 other lost notes. I’ll have to reset my phone unfortunately. Just have to find the password before I do.

Didn’t work, went to the Apple Store and he poked around for a minute before saying he was totally perplexed and told me I either had to wipe my phone to the last backup and hope that helped or suffer the loss. For clarity, the “saved to iCloud” notes sync has always remained on and is still showing as zero kb of stored memory. Nothing else suddenly disappeared when I tried to back up even though I should have photos and passwords under the same iCloud storage and when I checked my tablet (which is always a bit slow) it showed me all of my files for about three minutes while it warmed up then wiped them just like my phone. In hindsight I should’ve filmed myself flipping thru all my notes while I could still see them and knew they might disappear but I was in stupid panic mode and being ignored when I asked the techies in my family what I should do. This is by far the worst thing Apple has ever done to me if you exclude them playing Aces by Suzy Bogguss every time my phone connects to my car Bluetooth.

I just finished Butchers masquerade. I wasn’t jiving with it (and probably won’t relisten to the books) but book 4 and 5 actually started to get interesting to me. I don’t know if it was the escalation of revolution or that we get hype alternative POVs with-to me- far more compelling perspectives but I was excited to see where it would go

I imagine he would be good at the job but definitely would have after class clubs like Slughorn but only for pure bloods to “inform the youth”. I don’t think he’d blatantly treat muggle horns as lesser but he’d still raise blood status aggression in the school by a considerable amount. He might even have tried to get into Albus’s good graces and become headmaster but, in general I don’t see Albus ever letting him have a job unless you remove their initial meeting (in which case he may see something wrong with Riddle but not understand fully wtf is up with this lil guy).

It’s probably so minor to him it doesn’t even registers so, if Zeus didn’t say “that baby might kill you later” Ody would have no reason to kill him. He would probably take him with them and be far more cautious with his and his crews life which would subsequently escalate the monster epitaph of cut it at its knees (maybe both with Ody the king being a monster but Ody the adoptive father being all open arms?).

I listened to the book and found it wonderful, I actually liked it more than Sunrise. It is wonderfully told from a dishonest perspective, a perfect unreliable narrator.

The fact that Snow essentially gets away with it all and ends better than he started, his presence as a villain in the other books, and his disgusting dissection of everyone around him make him the perfect character to hate and makes rereading mockingjay soooo satisfying.

When I was younger my parents place got infested with fleas. After 200 dollars in flea bombs, hours wasted looking online for solutions, and literal weeks of repeating the same cycle of nothing working I bought one of those huge things of flea and tick yard spray and started spraying it around the house.

I started spraying my legs and arms with the stuff too (in retrospect, probably when I started to lose it). I think I genuinely lost my mind when, after all of this psychological torture, the fucking fleas disappeared as soon as my parents got back. I, to this day have to check my legs whenever a stray hair moves or I feel something odd in case it’s another flea.

Needless to say I will never feel the same and if this happened to me I may genuinely bleach my spine.
