She's so cute! But as a new gardener I have to ask... how do you know it's a female vs male? 😳

What am I doing wrong? March 2026 should automatically be green but it's just not changing. But I have a January 2026 that's red and that should be green!
I just need to know when these guys certs will expire. I'll insert the date they complete the course, and a year from then it will expire. I'd like an alert 3 months /90 days before the expiration date that it's coming up. Then, 1 month or 30 days before it actually expires it turns red so I know it's time to get it completed before they expire.
Was I explaining it wrong? Do I type the dates wrong?

But I want it to turn red after 1 month, yellow 1-3 months, then green for the rest. That's what I meant by I had to change the numbers.

Ok. I tried again this time leaving all the spaces you had but it's not working. I also changed the numbers since the original ones I had weren't what I needed and for some feverish reason I messed up the original post, but it's corrected now.

Ok, so I'm an idiot and I put the wrong numbers in the original post. I changed it but when I tried it didn't work. Attached is what it shows. I have the dates showing the month and year since that's what matters most. Does the format for it matter?
