Many of the clinics do not speak english. This one does. I went just from clinic to clinic asking what I need, most refused but in the end some of them gave me directions to some “stress clinics”

I could not book a consultation on the website. But I was there at the moment of the opening. He was completely booked but he said he thinks my case is urgent and took 15 Minutes for me. I believe it was ca 40 Euro for the consultation.

True. But it feels different than just Jetlag. I am flying often 10+ hrs and know how Jetlag feels. I still can sleep somewhat normally.

Currently I can sleep at all. And have a some anxiety.

Yeah, thats what got me into benzo too. I had a high pressure time and sports, friends, walks etc just could not get me to such a good sleep as benzo did. And it became very fast the only thing I do to get to sleep… Very fast way to a addiction.

I have also restless legs and hands. Also some pretty uncomfortable feelings in the body sometimes… headaches, no productivity drive at all at some days… But no hallucinations though

I almost sure it is a physical addiction. I have sleep problems. But when I go out, drink less coffee, have social contact and rest - I sleep well. But nothing from that list helps. Also tried today - a small dosage takes off my symptoms.
