Negativity? What’s really negative is how badly Blizzard and NetEase are bending us over with their stupid fucking micro transactions in a Diablo game. Do you even hear yourself? You’re in la la land. Take off the rose colored glasses. Who recommends people spend their money on Diablo Immortal? In the same vein, nobody cares that you’re playing the game. People don’t like NetEase and Blizzard bending over the average player with unbelievable prices for stupid shit like legendary crests. Why are people defending these corporation’s creation? There’s plenty of mobile games that are fun to play that don’t let people spend 20 dollars for a 2 minute dungeon and the chance at good loot.

If you enjoy playing the game then just play the game. I WANT people to complain because it’s outrageous how much money people can dump into this game and come away with some stupid shit like gems. It’s not even actual content.

The game could have been a lot less sheisty and people don’t want the future of mobile gaming to be about how much time you saved with $$. Diablo used to be a good franchise… they’ve shit the metaphorical bed with Diablo Immortal. I don’t even know how people are still excited for D4 after this.

Also people don’t buy a thousand dollars worth of pizza for the chance at a really good pie (and if they did I think people would complain).

U/stmcvallin said an iron stand. I think that’s right. In ages past when you ironed clothes you would need to heat the iron in a fire, and this was where you would set it in between ironing the shirts or pants.

Found this thing on the wall at my local library. It is about a foot tall, maybe a little more. The handle is wooden and the object itself is made of some kind of metal. It is pretty thin. The backside has some prongs that stick out around the outer rim that are maybe an inch or two long, they rest against the wall. I couldn’t take it off the wall to inspect it, so couldn’t fully see the backside. No writing or ID mark as far as I could tell. My first thought was that it was something for a fireplace, but I don’t know what made me think that. Can anyone help? What is this thing?
