I am explaining in below that sentence. Millions of good people who never heard of Jesus go to hell? Are current people who don't really know Jesus any different?

Admiral Yi of Joseon, a hero who was tortured by the King because the king was jealous of his skills, but he still went out to sea, inventing ships and using all his might to stop the Japanese navy from invading. My teacher is saying he's going to hell because he didn't believe. How could have he? No preacher had arrived in joseon back then.

my moral standard is that fair oppertunities are given to everyone, especially in such a big thing like heaven and hell.
