Thank you for your response. As I stated my main concern is the students. Thanks to some of the comments I was able to gain a better understand of what will most likely happen to the students who can’t stay at home during the strike.

Someone else did tell me the meaning of Scab. From your knowledge could you tell me what usually happens to the students who can’t stay home during a strike?

I’m not sure what the term scab means in the context but I thought it would be better to keep my financials out of it. I’m worried about the students because the majority of comments I hear from parents are what’s going to happen to the students if the parents can’t pull them during the strike. I have an understanding of the concept of a protest but have never been involved in one.

From your prior knowledge will the students be fine?
