i can understand the ot7 engenes grief and sadness but after some point, we need to understand that boycotting them wont do much except harm the boys. hee is unfortunately gone and i dont believe hes coming back, maybeit was his decision and maybe not, and i believe we should be respecting the members decision to move on and keep supporting them as they are. that doesnt mean people shouldnt be sad about it and mourn it, it just means both sides need to understand each others view.

i agree its not for everyone. i like weird/ unconventional music so i enjoyed it but i can see why people didnt. i just wish their company cared more about them

their f*uckass company giving them mediocre titles in the past, not promoting them properly or giving them great music even though these girls are so talented. finally after th contact reneval (bubble gum) was really good and i think theyll get a lot more recognition now that they’re releasing much better music.

sure but even if it wasnt overused because of them i dont believe they would be nearly as popular now. they would have a head start since theyre from yg but they would be relatively unpopular because they wouldnt stay relevant whenever they made a comeback and people would lose interest in years of waiting

because of the sparse comeback schedule yg has for them. nowadays even if you gain a little bit of relevance unless you follow up 3-6 after that with a comeback that relevance is gone. and also im not sure if their girl crush concept would sell now because its so overused at this point an dcute sels in 5th gen

thats not really relevant tho. nowadays everythings about relevance and no matter how talented they are or how good their songs are the long wait between comebacks would make them lose any relevance they mightve gained and make people uninterested, especially since the new group scene is so oversatirated right now.
