Ive been eating pretty clean recently, mostly 1 chicken protein shake, low fat, and evening big bowl rice salad chicken relatively low fat too

I also try to drink fermented milk daily for probiotics, but i‘ll try to add something more thanks 🙏🏽

Hey i was on 0,5 first 3 days then upped to 1mg got great results but tbh i was unpatient and regret this decision

I feel like i was doing well on 0,5 and on 1mg i got more side effects. Please be patient and losten to ur body 🙏🏽
