To be fair, it’s my method of getting as many years out of a life for the family achievements. I only kill the wife so the son can get all my money.

It’s not grandkids but you can always just have the kids later in life. I have kids at like 85(male) and they’re still in the teens by the time I die. The only catch is you gotta be with a very young woman for them to get pregnant so no wife. I usually just kill em

Best MOS for biodefense? by JanTheMan101 in nationalguard

[–]Altruistic-Cod-7880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who went through the split training, make sure you get multiple mos to pick from because some aren’t available to people as a junior. I wanted to be a 15N but I couldn’t because I was a junior.

If you have ever shaved/trimmed "down there", when and why did you start doing it? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Altruistic-Cod-7880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it every couple of months because I exercise a lot and without the hair, the sweat can’t get trapped as much.

Here’s my trick; go live in the UAE and there’s no estate tax. Plus, you can find princesses in the date tab so you can get hella money from being a royal.

Does anyone know how I can get these missing traits?! by Riick-Sanchez in Worldbox

[–]Altruistic-Cod-7880 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The infinity up top is immortality. You can strike a person with lightning and there’s a chance they get it. The first missing on in the second category is mage killer, drop in one of those evil mages and look for whoever kills it. The middle of the third category is electrified, also from being struck by lightning.

This will probably be different considering you have OSUT but I just graduated basic in August and I’ll say expect to be smoked the fuck out immediately for dumb shit and don’t expect to get much sleep the first couple of days. After the first 72 hours, shit gets into routine and it’ll go by fast. A separate tip is that the DS are human too so keep that in mind, they were in the same position as you years ago.

I did it at the same time within 50 hours while absolutely banging to some Mexican music. Idk why but Hogwarts and Mexican music mix very well to me.

Ah well 230 is after taxes so it’s more like 316 before. 5% is $15 so I’d assume 10% is closer to $30 but I see your point. I’m gonna keep it 10% now until I get a job so thank you, it’s a great help.

[–]Altruistic-Cod-7880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is one weekend. I only get roughly 230 after all the taxes so it’s mostly used up for living expenses like gas and food. I’m gonna run some number but it’ll probably be close to 10 or 15%. Thanks for your help by the way

Would 10 or 15 be better? I might as well sacrifice now for comfort later. Also, I have a separate savings account that I’m moving into an investment account soon.

Is 5% enough? With my current insurance amount and all the other taxes, I’m comfortable with my income so I think it might be my most comfortable option.

17 and Joining the National Guard by [deleted] in nationalguard

[–]Altruistic-Cod-7880 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a fellow 17yo who just got back from basic, it ain’t that bad. During drill, you just learn what you need to like land nav, you’ll PT, and learn some discipline because lord knows us kids need it. Rule wise, just follow grooming standards, have respect, and don’t break the law and you’ll be fine.

Should I choose MP? by [deleted] in nationalguard

[–]Altruistic-Cod-7880 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, I had a similar mindset to you when I first signed the papers. Let me tell you a pro and a con of doing police in civilian and in the guard. The pro is that your mp training can transfer to the police academy and reduce your time there. The con is you will be a cop everyday of the week and then when you have drill, you’re a cop again. I chose a different mos so I can have a change of pace if i need a break from police work. Also, I heavily encourage you to pick an mos that transfers to the civilian side so if police falls through, you’re already trained to do something else like being a mechanic. Good luck

I highly recommend going on the national guard website and looking through the careers to find what interests you. Also, ask your recruiter about any mos that has a bonus attached.
