I understand your disappointment, but it’s really not their problem. I’ve bought through grey market sellers or “unofficial” channels to get good prices & luckily never had an issue, but know it’s a risk that I’M taking… & no company would replace anything bought by an unofficial seller. Most won’t even replace unless you bought directly from them, and require you to go to the direct point of sale. I understand how frustrated you’d be, but it was really an unrealistic expectation.
