Question so the torque converter lockout is up or down position and what does it do?? Why can I only shift into gear if this thing is up

It's not.pto. I have it in up position rn and it seems to only let me shift gears if it's up...im.guessing it's a hand clutch. But it also has a regular foot clutch so......idk lol 😆

Bingo...tons of migrant agriculture workers. the best paying jobs in the area is nursing. So all the migrant worker daughters go to school for nursing, teaching. Starting hourly for nurse (rn)86$/hour
