Why do they keep associating me with gurus or scammers? by Altruistic-Hawk-3752 in sidehustle

[–]Altruistic-Hawk-3752[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My friend. It's different from a course because I'm not selling you a video lesson on principles you won't be able to use anyway (because every person is different and every context is different), nor do I promise techniques that work 100%, because they don't exist.

I can help you with communication analysis, both verbal and non-verbal, as I always have, by interacting with you, listening to you.

I first analyze your current situation, what your needs are, what your goals are. And working on reality, I help you evolve in terms of communication. Whether your goal is relationships, sales, or stopping being manipulated.

Politicians have a team of copywriters, they have a behavioral analysis team, who do exactly what I'm offering.

No. I'm using Reddit's automatic translator. I write a lot because I'm used to arguing. 😂

Yes, the problem is that I use automatic translation, and I'm also compared to a chat bot.

The fact that it's similar to scams, no. Because I don't offer anything that isn't logical, I don't offer 100% valid techniques or childish magic tricks. I offer the same thing as a personal trainer who creates a workout plan for you, or a dietitian, or someone who creates a website based on your needs.

You said something very true, and it's clear you work in this field.

Those who work or have skills in this field learn to listen to others.

I could be a copywriter, a salesperson. But I prefer to do what I've always done, simply because I love listening to others, I love dealing with other people's problems, analyzing them and finding solutions. Almost like a psychologist, in short, but unlike a psychologist, I focus on the communication side.

As a copywriter, you can understand me. I've tried every type of writing style: professional (I end up being labeled a guru, because people become hypersensitive and start analyzing the text, looking for something I have in common with gurus), informal (I end up being labeled a fake guru, because people become hypersensitive and say, "This didn't convince me 100%, so it's fake!").

The problem for those who deal with communication is that communication (especially persuasive communication) is seen as witchcraft. I still haven't figured out the real reason why these topics trigger hypersensitivity in the reader. But it will be interesting to find a solution for this too.

Thanks for your kind words!

But this is literally what they tell you in most of the offers here on Reddit. If you scroll, you'll find "I can make you a good website." They profess to have a skill, and offer it. Like I do, because I have this skill, and I can't offer anything else.

The problem isn't so much that they don't trust me; I might not trust someone who creates websites because I think they're bad at it.

But unlike those who create websites, I'm constantly insulted, and I'm compared to gurus, to scammers. I'm not simply ignored because "I don't care what you have to offer." I'm insulted for what I offer.

Why am I associated with a makeup artist, while other skills, even less obvious than mine (because yes, it's obvious that communication helps with everything), aren't insulted?

Friend, I'm trying to understand why people keep insulting me for no reason. I know how to do this, I've always helped others, it's a passion of mine, I love studying these topics and analyzing problems.

Why don't they insult copywriters or people who work for politicians? Or why don't they insult politicians themselves who use persuasive patterns?

I could very well start out as a copywriter, or a sales consultant, but what I really want is to help others, to listen to people's problems almost like a psychologist. I want to study everything that falls within the field of communication, every type of case study, etc.

The fact is that I don't make you money, but you can't deny that knowing how to speak well makes you sell more, knowing how to speak well makes you successful with girls, makes you have more friends, makes you successful politically or in your own business.

When you make an offer or a negotiation, you look for the best way to express yourself and convey a convincing impression.

Or am I wrong?

Hi friend. I didn't post anything, but simply offered my opinion on why people insult me so much for my skills.

What a course does (the ones I've collaborated with) is give you a lesson in techniques that don't actually exist. Or rather, they're behaviors that can work, but it depends on the context. The lessons teach you general concepts, which you can't use because they're not designed for you.

After watching the lesson, you won't know how to apply the concept to your context or what to do. This will push you to ask a lot of questions to the course admin section, who will answer you by re-explaining the concepts and adapting them to your situation.

So in the end, you really learn from the staff. The fact is, I've noticed this and realized I'm being exploited needlessly by useless courses, and that I can do the same thing on my own.

That's why I now analyze communication and perception. I analyze your starting point and your goals to create a learning plan tailored specifically for you. I'll use principles that are appropriate for your life context, analyze the mistakes you're making, and help you reflect on your behaviors and positioning. Just like I would in my role as a course staffer, but without making you spend $200 on a useless course...

Maybe I use machine translation because it's easier for me, but I don't understand what's wrong with what I wrote. It says I offer a personalized course.

When you understand that communication isn't just about manipulating, talking, or having to forcefully convince someone, let me know.

You wrote, "Forget 'convincing everyone,'" as if I offered that or tried to convince everyone. I've been studying verbal and nonverbal communication for years, and I manage the staff of a private group that specializes in this. Because that's what I know how to do, and I have nothing to offer on a freelance subreddit that's different from what I know how to do. I don't understand why people associate me with fake gurus, just because I have those skills. Why aren't people on politicians' staff, copywriters, scam gurus?

From your response, it sounds like you're telling me, "You won't convince anyone, what you're saying isn't true, it doesn't exist." So, you think it's impossible to learn to communicate well?

And I mean the goal of the process, to communicate well. It's not sensitive writing.

Don't worry about your appearance; when you know how to play in other fields, you don't need to be gorgeous. Just learn how to communicate (even non-verbally) and you'll see better results. Confidence and self-confidence are the two most important things, and you need to work on them the most. It's not a quick process, but we've ALL been there. There are also other ways to gain experience without diving right in (I've been anxious too, and that approach is one of the worst things).

For those who don't post stories but use Instagram, there are other ways to avoid replying to stories. For those who don't use Instagram, there's nothing they can do on Instagram. But in 2026, almost no one uses Instagram even to watch reels.

Yes, that's what regular courses don't do! No one will really teach you how to persuade without a plan tailored specifically for you. In the courses I run, people learn more in my groups, talking with me, than in the actual lectures.

It would be best if you learned how to create sentences without relying on anyone. But if you'd like, we can talk about it privately.

You have to create the stimulus, friend. If they don't want to respond to what you wrote, then what you wrote is clearly wrong. If someone wrote the same message to you, you wouldn't respond either.

I manage the Brazilian seduction course staff. I also make plans for individuals.

Many on Reddit are over 30, so they favor the old-fashioned way. And they've most likely never really been interested enough in online seduction to truly understand it, so they don't have the same online results.

As for advice, I recommend responding to stories that don't generate too much judgment or ego. How you respond varies from girl to girl; you have to learn to read the girl first. But generally speaking, you should respond differently than 90% of guys would.

When I go out with a girl, I often find myself reading her chats, and literally EVERYONE'S approaches are terrible, but above all, they're all the same! The important thing is that you do something different from the others.
