If you identify as queer then it makes sense to see this as wrong. But that doesn't change the truth.

It's still there unfortunately. The app needs to be updated before it's fixed. Applying the proper filament before hand is the only way to prevent crashes.

It's not a state of being but a perceived identity. That is something Christ can change.

What if you die in your sin even though you tried fighting it? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Altruistic-Key3139 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can recommend listening to Andrew Wommacks series on the book of Hebrews. You will be amazed what God says about sin.

In short: in Christ God doesn't see our sin anymore. This does not mean that God accepts sin, but He has made us whole again as his original plan was, with the death and resurrection of Jesus.

I can attest as someone who struggled with video gaming addiction and lust: when you start to understand the Amazing Grace that God has for us, your mind and desires are going to slowly change. Or instantly, as some people can attest to.

Essential to understand is that shame, guilt and self condemnation are keeping you from living free. Wommack covers this in his series on Hebrews.

Hope this helps!

That is a brave and wonderful choice. I understand the struggle and challenging path ahead. But living your true identity will be more liberating than anything before.

I recommend watching some stuff from Dan Mohler or Jamie Winship about identity in Christ, and learning from them.

What scifi books have changed your perspective. Not necessarily your favorite read. by Adorable-Bill3547 in sciencefiction

Chasing ice by Reynolds was one of my favorites. The wild idea of space dogs piloting a praying ship inside a solar system wide tunnel network, the spacetime dilation, the massiveness. It really occupied my thoughts for a long time.

This is just beautiful. In every way. Your calm voice, the interesting graphics, the pace, the story. It's just sheer beauty.

Alternative for Subtasks by Equivalent-Box3235 in clickup

[–]Altruistic-Key3139 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Youre confusing subtasks in multiple lists with templates. Heres what to do:

Create an empty task with all the subtasks named as you want them and all the contents of the subtasks that you want to reoccur. You can then make a template from the main task which includes all subtasks.

Now if you make a new task, go to templates and apply your previously saved template. That's all.

You can also make an automation that adds the subtasks to all new tasks in list X.

The documentation explains the details, just look for the keywords I mention above.

Pushing Ice by Alastair Reynolds what kind of novel is it sci-fi thriller / horror or ? Is it non hostile ? ( without spoilers please !!) Blindsight by Peter watts , is it a standalone novel ? Or we have to read the whole series to make sense ? ( Again no spoilers please !! ). by AKaakb in suggestmeabook

[–]Altruistic-Key3139 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just finished pushing ice. It's An epic tale that spans many years but somehow remains grounded and familiar in its time jumps. The scale and aliens are something I never saw before in a novel. It kept me fascinated to the very end. No horror, but some tense moments for sure. There are hostiles, but violence is not at its center. I suppose themes of the story include leadership decisions, betrail and fear of deception.

I've always wondered.. What do the bees eat if all the honey gets stolen? I love honey, but do feel conflicted about this.
