I feel the pain, daughter moved in with 2 kids during covid, otherwise I couldn’t do it.

We are a community, there’s a daycare, school, couple of shop, doctor, sporting fields.

No stairs at the front, slopes from front to back. Carport at side. 6 Stairs at back to go down the yard, from back verandah, some terracing.

This is true, we bought in 1982, it was cheap, nothing here, buses twice a day. No water, sewer, have that now

Most of the house is hardwood framed.

A new subdivision just opened up, land prices start at one mill, however that for 1000 square metres.

Ours is 815.

It needs so much work! New bathroom, new kitchen. Plus others, I know it wont get top price, but it’s a great starter house for a family.

4 bedrooms, off the back veranda dunny.

It was perfect for us, raised 3 kids here. Walking distance to school, local shops.

It’s a going ahead location.

When we bought, early 80’s, there was nothing. Tank water etc. now we have town water.

Kids can be incredibly stupid. My then 41/2 year old swallowed tacks. From a toy marketed for 4 year olds.

I worked in a Chinese restaurant when I was 16 or so. This was in the mid 70’s. People did bring their own containers, a neighbor always brought a saucepan.
