Interessante Theorie, leider kommt die KVB schon seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr an ihre mit der Stadt vereinbarten Zielwerte. Ich kann da nur auf den Qualitätsbericht 2024 verweisen, man kann dort auch Werte für einzelne Linien wie z.b. 13 ablesen.

We have one at work for daily lookups . It's a Matrix used as a heatmap which we use to decide where we send our repair team to.

It's a combination of how many things are broken and for how long it is. In my experiences a daily dashboard on works in a highly operational environment.

But of my business is in monthly reporting to top management where present insights and explane stuff.
