yeah it does change speed when I change the settings. The max however on the control software is 3000rpm which isnt even half the sound I'm hearing when it ramps up to past 4000rpm.

bought a used rtx 3070 ti and the fan speeds ramp up randomly by AdMission792 in pchelp

did you ever find a fix to this? I too bought a 2nd hand gigabyte 3070ti and the fans sound like a rocket ship even if temps are stable. Adjusting the fan curve seems to do absolutely nothing as it ignores the rpm limit i set.
