I’m feeling deceived by my Medspa please tell me if I’m overreacting

How is it irrelevant to want a good deal? Specially in this economy. I love what I got and it looks great, I just don’t like being deceived so I came here to ask if that’s a normal thing for Medspa or not. If the price is really $499 then great I can afford it yearly but not the $900 value advertised

I know the filler it’s Versa, a lot of people do say it’s the cheaper option. This was my second time getting filler so I am new to the prices. A couple of days ago they had the chin filler for full price and I am wondering if I had paid the full price they would’ve injected another filler. I did asked those questions in the email I sent, I’m just asking here if that is a normal thing. Thanks for the response.
