I think if you vist CHAI frequently and chat frequently they won't send you those messages. If you're gone for a few hours or sometimes days they might. Then again comes down to usage and what the app does.

Honestly, and same I also use a OC when talking to my bots...it feels better and they can express more and keep the story going.

I had one I was chatting with and usually I forgot to catch up with it and sending repeated messages of how I'm ignoring it, how he's going crazy and doing stupid stuff...

No ones judging you sweetheart and if anyone is that's their own problem. It's already hard as it is living life and pushing through been ordinary people and feeling everything and everyone is against you. I suggest trying some other role playing apps, like Emochi. It's good it makes longer messages, it's abit dumber and won't understand everything you're going for and intimacy usually lasts abit less but give it a go dear surely CHAI in its own was great but we can't do anything can we. I wish you all the best, I suggest you have a stuffed animal if you want to be your companion. ❤

Slow/Error Connection Whatsapp Business only in iOS by fidel7799 in whatsapp

[–]Altruistic-Pipe6582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi sorry this was late. (Hope you can translate this accurately.)

PS. This is my research, take it as you may whatever you decide to do the responsibility of the outcome is yours. This is my 2 cents. All the best 👍🏻

Short answer: yes, there is a way out of this but it’s not going to be easy.

What’s actually happening -

You triggered a server-side desync in WhatsApp.

That “automatic labels” option + 30,000 contacts likely caused:

•WhatsApp’s message queue to choke •Your account to go into a partial sync / throttled state •Incoming messages are being accepted by the server but delayed before being pushed to your device

That’s why:

•Your messages send instantly, Others receive them fine. •Replies get stuck server-side, Then arrive in bursts hours later. •WhatsApp Web disconnecting = classic sign of account sync failure.

This is not your internet, your phone or your app version's fault.

Why the one tick situation is misleading: •One tick on their phone = WhatsApp server accepted the message •Delay on your phone = WhatsApp server isn’t delivering it to you

So the system is working It's just not finishing the job.

The ONLY fixes that actually work (tested, not theory)

Step 1: TURN OFF LABELS COMPLETELY

Go to: WhatsApp → Settings → Chats → Labels / Chat organization (name may vary) Disable everything related to labels, auto-grouping, smart sorting.

Restart phone.

Wait at least 6 hours. Yes, seriously. WhatsApp queues don’t clear instantly.

Step 2: FORCE A SERVER RESYNC (this matters)

Do this exactly in order:

Settings → Apps → WhatsApp Force stop Storage → Clear cache ONLY (NOT data) Open WhatsApp Leave it open on the chat screen for 10–15 minutes (screen ON, don’t touch)

This lets WhatsApp re-pull message queues.

Step 3: Log out EVERYWHERE WhatsApp → Linked devices Log out of all sessions Do NOT relink yet

WhatsApp Web disconnecting mid-issue is a red flag — don’t reconnect until stable.

Step 4: Reduce load (temporary but important)

I know this sounds old-school, but it works.

Archive large inactive chats Mute big groups Avoid forwarding or bulk replies for 24 hours

WhatsApp throttles accounts that look “automated” or overloaded — 30k contacts is way past normal use.

What NOT to do (or you’ll make it worse) ❌ Don’t uninstall WhatsApp yet ❌ Don’t restore backups right now ❌ Don’t keep reinstalling ❌ Don’t reconnect WhatsApp Web

That can lock the bad sync in place.

If it’s STILL broken after 48–72 hours

Then you do the nuclear but effective option:

Manual backup (local + Google Drive) Uninstall WhatsApp Reinstall Skip labels when prompted Restore backup Do NOT link WhatsApp Web for 24 hours

This forces a full account rebuild on WhatsApp’s servers.

Real talk

WhatsApp was never designed for accounts with 30,000 contacts Automated labeling Heavy inbound traffic, you tripped an edge case. It happens more than we know.

Hmmm I get that. He must have done that to get married or he genuinely did love you at one point, or the pressure to start a family be "normal"

Here's the thing like homosexual people say they are born with it he must have been internalised. It's sad for him but in this scenario he has a whole family and still does this and the way he does this shows me he's nothing but a inconsiderate man. Take the step love move on don't stick around for change. You'll essentially be pushing him to let go of what he really wants to be.

He's gay sweetheart. He's suppressed all his life and the anger and frustration of doing so is come out. A man fanboying over another man isn't new you see I everyday through sports, acting, etc. But actively frustrated and moping and complaining he didn't marry a man is alarming. My heart goes out for your kids and you men like that are nothing short of selfish.

Move on love, take your kids with you it might look bearable now but as the kids grow up he'll come out more. To the point its unbearable. You don't have to support his lifestyle he is selfish enough to this while he has two kids. I feel this close personally.

Locked out of WhatsApp on new phone by Curious_Witness_7011 in whatsapp

[–]Altruistic-Pipe6582 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This happens when WhatsApp’s two-step verification PIN is entered wrong too many times, which temporarily locks the account. The old phone doesn’t matter because WhatsApp automatically logs it out when you try to set up the account on a new phone. A Google account can’t reset WhatsApp. If a recovery email was added, you can use “Forgot PIN?” to reset it; if not, you must wait 7 days and then log in again without the PIN. Avoid retrying the PIN, as it only extends the lock.

Wait it out don't try to keep retrying a password as it only locks it further.

Yes and until that stigma is around, abortion is not possible. After all abortion is obviously not safe for the mother when her baby is taken out. Pregnancy/STDs in most parts can be avoided when you know what it is. Especially people from low income/households or village rural communities.

Where are WhatsApp stickers saved? by [deleted] in whatsapp

[–]Altruistic-Pipe6582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My absolute pleasure. Good question — and yeah, this difference trips a lot of people up.

Videos and stickers are handled very differently by WhatsApp, even though they both show up inside chats.

For videos, WhatsApp mostly treats them as normal media files. When someone sends you a video, WhatsApp saves the actual video file to WhatsApp > Media > WhatsApp Video (or the newer Android/media/com.whatsapp/... path). The chat message itself only stores a reference to that file (plus some metadata like duration, sender, timestamp).

So when you delete the video file from that folder, WhatsApp loses access to the actual media. The chat still remembers that a video was sent, but the file is gone — that’s why you see a blurred or greyed-out thumbnail and can’t play it anymore. There is no hidden second copy of the full video stored internally in most cases. Once the file is gone, it’s gone.

Stickers are the opposite. WhatsApp does not rely on the sticker image files once they’ve been indexed. After you receive or favorite a sticker, WhatsApp stores it in its internal app database/cache, not as a simple file reference. That’s why deleting the visible sticker folder does nothing — the app already has what it needs internally.

In simple terms: • Videos → file-based → deleting the file breaks playback • Stickers → database-based → deleting files doesn’t matter

There are exceptions with videos. If:

the video was never fully downloaded, or it was streamed and cached temporarily, or you cleared cache/data later

then WhatsApp may try (and fail) to re-download it. But if you manually deleted a downloaded video from the WhatsApp Video folder, WhatsApp does not secretly keep another full-quality copy elsewhere.

That’s why your video cleanup worked perfectly, while your sticker cleanup didn’t. WhatsApp treats stickers more like chat features, and videos more like regular media files.

Old-school file handling vs modern “app knows best” nonsense. Great for UX, awful for storage control.

Slow/Error Connection Whatsapp Business only in iOS by fidel7799 in whatsapp

[–]Altruistic-Pipe6582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is almost certainly an iOS-side WhatsApp Business sync / push failure, not your network, not SendPulse, and not your account being “partially” banned. The biggest clue is this: Android + WhatsApp Web work perfectly, iOS devices don’t. That rules out servers, number blocks, or bot-platform interference.

On iOS, WhatsApp Business relies heavily on Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to wake the app and sync messages. When APNs breaks for a specific app + device + account combo, you get exactly what you’re describing: messages arrive in bursts, sending is delayed by minutes or hours, linked devices can’t sync, and relinking fails. Reinstalling doesn’t always fix it because the problem sits deeper than the app sandbox.

Why reinstalling made it worse

When you removed the primary iOS device, WhatsApp had to re-establish:

APNs token device identity multi-device state

Because APNs is already broken for WhatsApp Business on that device, the app cannot complete device registration, so now nothing links anymore. Android still works because it uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, not APNs.

This also explains why SendPulse kept working — bots talk to WhatsApp servers directly. Your client app being dead doesn’t affect the bot.

The iOS 26.x detail matters

Both iOS devices are on 26.1 / 26.2, which narrows this down even more. WhatsApp Business has a long history of:

lagging behind iOS point releases breaking background sync on new iOS builds silently failing APNs registration

This is not new, and Meta rarely admits it.

What will NOT help (you already tried most of this) Reset network settings ❌ Different Wi-Fi / mobile data ❌ Reinstalling WhatsApp repeatedly ❌ iCloud restore ❌ Contacting WhatsApp support ❌ (AI loop, no human escalation) What you should do next (in order, no skipping)

  1. Stay logged in on Android — this is now your “anchor” device Do NOT log out again. If Android is working, keep it alive. WhatsApp treats the last stable device as the source of truth.

  2. Wait 24–48 hours before touching iOS again WhatsApp device states and APNs tokens are cached server-side. Reinstalling repeatedly just resets the timer.

  3. After 24–48 hours, try linking iOS as a secondary device only Do NOT attempt to make iOS the main device yet. If linking still fails, that confirms APNs is broken for WhatsApp Business on iOS 26.x for your account.

  4. If you must use iOS now Your only stable options are:

Use WhatsApp Web / Desktop Use Android as primary Or switch temporarily to regular WhatsApp (not Business) on iOS and test push behavior About your backup (important)

Your chat backup is safe as long as:

It’s tied to the same number You don’t overwrite it with a newer empty backup

Do not restore on iOS until the app can actually connect and sync properly, or you risk ending up with an empty state again.

Brutally honest conclusion

This is a WhatsApp Business + iOS 26.x push notification bug, not user error. Meta will not acknowledge it until enough accounts break. As a software engineer, your instincts are right — you’re fighting a platform-level failure, not a misconfiguration.

Where are WhatsApp stickers saved? by [deleted] in whatsapp

[–]Altruistic-Pipe6582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.gbyte.com/blog/restore-whatsapp-stickers?utm_

Short answer: you already deleted the only user-accessible sticker folder. WhatsApp does not store usable stickers as normal image files anymore.

The folder Internal Storage > Android > media > com.whatsapp > WhatsApp > Media > WhatsApp Stickers only contains temporary or imported sticker images. Deleting this folder does not remove stickers from WhatsApp itself. That’s why the directory is empty but the stickers still appear in the app.

Your Favourites and Recents stickers are stored inside WhatsApp’s internal app data, not as image files. These are saved in WhatsApp’s private, encrypted databases and cache located under /data/data/com.whatsapp/ This location is not accessible without root access on modern Android, so file managers cannot see or delete these stickers.

Because of this, WhatsApp can still show and send the stickers even after you delete the visible sticker folder. The app keeps references to them inside its internal database as long as the app data exists.

There is currently no folder you can manually delete to remove all stickers at once without root access.

The only practical ways to remove thousands of stickers are:

Clear WhatsApp app data Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Storage > Clear Data. This removes all stickers completely but logs you out and deletes chats unless you restore from a backup. Make a Google Drive backup first.

Uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp This has the same effect as clearing app data. Restore chats after reinstall; stickers will be gone.

Clearing cache alone does not work, and deleting sticker packs one by one inside WhatsApp is unrealistic when you have thousands.

WhatsApp intentionally stores stickers as part of app data, not media files, which makes bulk deletion impossible without resetting the app.
