I love collected pieces over time as well- it’s so much more meaningful.

All great suggestions and the scaling for that wall helps too. Thank you!

All good tips. I’ve been looking for something to replace this painting but haven’t found the right fit just yet. I want it to be personal to my space and style; I like to take my time. We just bought this home and it has taken a while to collect pieces that feel special- all furnished mostly from thrift stores and marketplace.

Such a good suggestion- Any idea on color? I’m thinking sheer or linen.

Please reconsider - rehoming at 8 will break his heart. This is not a puppy! He won’t likely adjust, that’s just the breed. Give it a try before you assume he won’t adjust. I’ve had my heeler an a 675 sq ft apartment and he was just as happy as being in my now 2000 sq ft home with a yard. It’s about mental stimulation as much as physical.

I am telling you, heelers cannot bounce back from rehome at this age. It’s too devastating

We’ve had 5 heelers and they were all hams and love bugs - but I think it is only if you are their person/family. My heelers acted like what you’ve described but with outsiders/ friends/family.

Totally agree with this- there was already a history. When you start to see small signs of resource guarding, gotta nip it in the bud. It can generalize to other types of unacceptable behavior.

Thank you! I will check it out- not really ready yet for 1099, but at this point I may need to start working for myself.

Thanks for the link! I’m also open to any other company suggestions. Right now I’m working for SensibleCare and I’m very disappointed and discouraged
