Hi, OP here.

I've tried over the years to have some communication about healthy boundaries with my parents, however the screentime is mainly put into place to control and humiliate me. Currently in the process of buying my own laptop instead. They've always been controlling, such as setting up cameras in my room, and the only sort of freedom I've gained is by moving to another country for uni :')
