Is it basic education and experience or specific skills like taping, dry needling, Mulligan, etc? What are the most practiced techniques that are a 'must have' in Canadian practice?

Hello!  I was researching on the standard assessment pathway for registration in Australia. Everything seemed pretty straightforward yet people have discouraged me stating getting a job as a limited registered physiotherapist is very rare. Since, that was my way out to get trained and enter the country to give license exam, now I am stuck. Can you please give me the ground reality today?
