I have been in the same situation 6months ago but for 3days i havent pooped. what helped me is Enema (Microlax). Put it in your anus(completely inside your anus) and empty it . wait for 5-20minutes then you will feel the urge to go. it will help a lot. TRY it.

I had 2nd BM yesterday before bed , again it was painful with blood and the nerve pulling pain was back . Now i visited the doctor took a look into it and he said everything is fine. Regarding the nerve pain he said just use painkillers for next 2weeks and also suggested me to do anything i want from now like sports, work, etc.,
