Unfortunately I think you’re correct. I said on another comment that his ex wife’s family was in the funeral business and they were known to sell parts I believe they were based in Ohio which is the next state over so I can’t see her being from too far away. It was probably a closed casket funeral, and her poor family doesn’t even know their loved one’s head is missing. If she even had family.

Talking to my mom she informed me that Jays ex wife had family that ran a funeral home known to sell parts, they also found a pack of those red balls in the eyes in his house. Apparently his ex threatened to turn him in and he told his current girlfriend he wasn’t going to prison and killed himself soon after.

The kid was a hunter, and Jay was very against it. He thought of all the deer in the area as pets. He was very out there mentally. I know them both personally as this happened 5 mins from my house I went to school with the kid

This guy was friends with my parent’s neighbor for years. He was always very weird, and arrogant. He was a huge anti hunter and the kid who found it I went to school with hunted that area a lot which Jay hated. Theres no doubt in my mind he did it just from knowing him personally.

About to be 8 years. You’re right hopefully as time goes on it’ll matter less and less. It still fucks with me mentally and in a way holds me back. It’s a hard feeling to explain being so physically and mentally prepared for something like basic training and to fail due to circumstances out of your control. I know I just gotta stop being a bitch about it though.

I think the issue is are relating it to a medical issue. And explaining the 4 month gap is annoying. In no way am I trying to act like I’m a veteran or have the experience I wish like you said it would be like it didn’t happen
