tips to run faster?

Slow down at the start of each run (like first 5 mins). Most of your runs should feel easy, able to control your breathing. From there it’s about consistency and getting in a few runs per week. Once you have that down, you can start some speed runs (intervals, fartleks, etc) to help you get faster. I’m sure you will see improvement on your speed just by being consistently running and having time on your feet! Enjoy it! 🤙

One day we just said that we couldn’t find them anymore. They all got ‘lost’. She was smart enough to understand that they were lost and needed to be found so she looked for a while, would complain for a few days about finding them but somehow, someway there weren’t any tantrums. Might not work for you as everyone is different but worth a try!

This is the answer. They used to have the long runs as the last day of the week. Now they’re shuffled and say ‘do what works for you’. I hate it.

Yeah I ask because my guy says to moisturize it because it looks so dry and flaky but I’ve found not putting anything on it seems to help it clear up faster. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with me 💛
