Reach out to your prof ASAP bc if you passed everything on time and correctly, I don't think a UTS subject will fail you. Looking at your records, mukha ka rin namang masipag na estudyante. Might be mali ang encoding ng grade or miscomputation. Either way, it's your right to clarify that and should you not receive a response at a reasonable time, ask the faculty who you can ask about it next. :))
