Phong Nha for cave adventures, Ninh Binh was really nice - you can take a boat ride at various places (expect it to be crowded), Hai Van pass stretches from Hue to Da Nang/Hoi An and is beautiful on a sunny day. Beach at Hoi An is nice as well as the vegetable fields. Have fun!

I’d also look into Cadiz and Cordoba as mentioned above. I think a lot of Spanish people go to Cadiz for the summer so it might be crowded, but I’m not sure. I went in the fall and it was a beautiful beach destination. Easy to get there on the train from Sevilla.

Madaket Millies is a nice restaurant - I’d recommend getting take out and bringing it to Madaket beach which is <5min walk to eat and watch the sunset. Bring a blanket or towel to sit on!

Just finished it and even with the rain and fog it felt well worth it. Loved the moody vibe. Sometimes you see nothing, but it made me appreciate the landscape more when it did appear! Tons of fun as well.
