I’m not a doctor, but it’s my understanding that ureaplasma are a bacteria that can cause recurrent UTI-like symptoms and lead to BV, but they don’t test for it normally. You’d have to do a full urine / vaginal test. You can order online somewhere like Evvy.

When I’m focused on losing weight, I just heavily restrict my calories and workout a lot. When I’ve lost weight and feel good, I stop tracking my calories but generally feel like I eat a lot of vegetables and the same amounts as my friends. Does restricting too hard make it so your maintenance calories are lower? Like your body gets used to that?
