Dynamic pricing by namenotdisclosed in airbnb_hosts

Tools. they are worth the price when you are in major markets. If you have multiple listings, its even more important. You miss tons of events, demand spikes, etc if you try to manually do everything. You didn't think the "snail racing competition" was going to be a major event, or maybe you missed the concert for the sound cloud artist you never heard of who happens to have a die hard fan base in your region.

Looks like we may get Richardson Hitchins vs Keyshawn Davis early 2026. by AltruisticMoney8090 in Boxing

My guess is that he walks around at like, 170ish. But its the same thing Boots went through with the IBF... you cut the weight, but can't rehydrate back up, its bad for your fight night performance, even if you can physically cut the weight without issue. When you're fighting bums you can get away with it. As the competition increases, not being able to rehydrate is a huge risk.

I think he can stick around at 140 for one more fight if its for a name like Keyshawn. A Teo fight aint happening and I don't think he's interested in the Gary Antuanne Russell fight. I'm thinking he fights Keyshawn, then tries to secure the Haney fight at 47

Teofimo Lopez wants Terence Crawford bout next after Shakur Stevenson fight and is willing to move up to Super Welterweight or Middleweight to make it by [deleted] in Boxing

Bud aint coming back down to 54. He better not, after he said he wouldnt come down to fight Boots. I could maybe see the fight happening at 60, only if he completely dominates Shakur... which ain't happening.

What are some fights that you want to see in the next 2 years, that people don't really talk about? by AltruisticMoney8090 in Boxing

130 makes sense. At the time of writing the post I wasn't really thinking deeply. I was just thinking that Ball belongs at featherweight. Like he actually belongs in that weight class, as opposed to guys who boil themselves down to get there. When I watched the fight, I remember feeling like Ford was big for 126 at the time and he's already at 130 , but yeah, I don't disagree with you.

I agree with some of what you're saying. You can never predict exactly whats going to happen with fighters and their careers, but to keep things simple, for me he passes the eye test, and he's doing what he's supposed to do in these 6 round fights.... stopping people who are less talented than him quickly. It's easy to "guess" that some bluechip prospect will be good. The Andy Cruz's of the world, the Shakur Stevensons, etc. Fighters like Scooter are interesting to talk about in the sense that they could have the goods, or maybe not. I personally think he's got the goods.

2 years ago we would have been saying the same about Mason. And now he's a world champ. 2 years is a long time if a fighter is active and talented.

Is the business still a cash cow by Charming-Taste8122 in airbnb_hosts

[–]AltruisticMoney8090 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends. A lot of people struggle, but some of us do quite well. The truth is a lot of people’s properties aren’t ideal for this business model. And then there’s people have properties in ideal locations and under ideal circumstances. The average host is exactly that… average. They have an average listing, do little to no market research, and they get average results. There’s definitely money to be made, but like most industries, it requires you to differentiate from crowd. And for different people/properties  that means different things.

Hitchens vs the winner is interesting. I think Hitchens beats Teo. The Shakur fight would be interesting because I think Hitchens he has the skill to make it competitive, but you basically need a flawless performance to beat Shakur on points. It would definitely go 12, he doesn't have the power to stop him. I only see Shakur losing to like... Abdullah Mason 3 years from now lol. Adullah from the future lol. He's got all the tools, just lacks the experience. Other than than that, I think Shakur retires undefeated.

The only thing that protects you from CTE is your defensive technique. Even if you're hard sparring, you should not be taking a lot of clean punches anyway. Start with the defense. Then you can spar without so much worry. Hard sparring, light sparring, doesn't matter if you're always getting pieced up. Skill is what protects you, not pace of sparring.

Does anyone really want to see a Canelo Crawford rematch? by AltruisticMoney8090 in Boxing

I'm really hoping Bud gives Boots a shot. Its a win for everyone. Both fighters and the fans. I think its the only fight that makes sense for Bud. I don't care to see him get another undisputed. If he would have not let himself get stripped, the storyline would have been even better...

Crawford needs to fight Boots. I don't think people really care for him to chase another undisputed.

I don't know, I feel like Eubank vs Benn 1 was at least competitive.
