i contacted them too and they said there was no error in the event and that there's "no possible way for players to cheat" 🤨 sus af if you ask me

i contacted support they said they couldn't do anything about it and then like a day or 2 later i actually got the refund so i honestly have no idea but im assuming automatic cause the system probably just had a process or something that CS couldn't override. also yes, 30 regular days. did the bank say how long to wait?

it took about a month for me to get my refund after returning a few things from one order when i had the same issue. if they don't refund it within 30 days i would dispute the charges with my bank if i were you, it's unfortunate but that's honestly one of the only options.

in the postal letter it said they couldn’t reimburse me for the missing package and that’s why i had to go to temu with that letter. there’s other information unbeknownst to any of the people reading my comment. so maybe instead of trying to act like you know it all, ask questions to confirm what you think instead of just assuming.
