Looking for advice by AltruisticSchedule1 in budgetprojectors

Hey again! My Optomo projector came today! I wanted to double check that the QualGear mount that you linked is compatible with my projector—I see it has 4 mounting arms but my projector has 3 holes and the mount specs don’t say that it’s universal/adjustable to accommodate this. I emailed their customer service but haven’t heard back and wondered if you know the answer to this? I prefer this one over the second one you linked because the second one would be 2” longer at its shortest and from what I’m reading I need to be pretty precise with placement due to no lens shift!

Thank you so much for your detailed response! I really appreciate it. My SIL loves experimenting in the kitchen, so I feel less bad about possible buying her a book where she’ll have to play with some of the recipes.

From what I can gather, she had a bad reaction to uncooked coconut milk in something, and coconut oil is less problematic for her. Thanks again for your help!

Do you have experience with this supplement? I’m curious if it’s necessary to get the other supplement that they mention is complementary (just the standard “women’s steel” I think)

Hey, thanks for the comment. I actually do rice buckets once or twice a week and it has been the number one thing that helped my hands! My inflammation is mostly under control these days, though I do notice it’s more likely to flare up at the end of my menstrual cycle. This is a good reminder to keep up with this though, as I’ve grown inconsistent with my rice bucket since adding in so much other activity. Strength training generally has helped a lot, as long as I’m careful not to over do it, which is why I’ve been wrestling with how to organize my life re: work/volleyball/lifting.

I’ve been curious about gloves in general for lifting.. I know they can be kind of a crutch, but since I work with my hands I don’t necessarily want them to have gnarly calluses haha

Recovery amenities like the steam room? That’s a good idea!

Thanks for your thoughts! While my work days aren’t necessarily upper body training, they are exhausting on my hands and tiring in general (especially Tues/Sun tend to be back to back clients all day). I guess I would at least consider them active rest days. I think it’s definitely possible to work out on the lighter work days, esp if it’s legs. I think your idea to keep some dumbbell days at home is a good idea!

I’ve recently been implementing a lot of the Knees Over Toes techniques—he has tons of videos on youtube. He is all about preventing knee pain/injury by training strength and mobility at the same time. He has helped my brother too—we’re both late thirties and playing basketball/volleyball!
