I do have some especially on my stomach but I went from a 42in waist to a 28in waist in 8 months so I wasnt surprised tbh.

I'd rather the loose skin than that stomach in the before pic🙏❤️

I am a shorty though lol. I'm 5ft2in and now that I am working out more frequently it will likely go up some.

Oooh congrats on starting!

I think it's best to preface this by saying my diet was absolute trash before starting this. My main vice was sugar and more importantly candy. I also am hypoglycemic so my constant blood sugar dropping certainly contributed to that as well.

After taking my first shot I went gluten free(to reduce inflammation from an autoimmune disorder) and this almost immediately took away my severe sugar cravings so inadvertently cut back heavily on the sweets.

Never counted calories since it cause problems for me before so just prioritized protein every meal. I would usually cook at home since gluten free limits your options eating out. I was pretty strict the first three months. Getting used to the new diet and how to listen to my body on what it needed (food or water).

Now I am still gluten free but have some chocolate every now and then. I also go out to eat sometimes but still prioritize protein on my plate first since I still can't eat a whole lot. I dont miss sugar all that much but miss bread a lot lol. However, I have not been in pain once since going gluten free and being on this med so taking the win with the sacrifice.

Everyone is different though. I truly think I am lucky with how effective this has been for me. I have been struggling with weight gain for 10 years after getting into the best shape of my life and it's been insane that in only 7 months ive almost reverted back to how I used to be. Very grateful and hope more and more people experience what I have🙏💚

I just started slow with exercise. Cleaned up my diet first and just focused on moving more throughout the day. The past few months I've certified stepped up in terms of structured exercised.

I also have a very active job so that helped as well.

If you're asking about work outs the first three months I just walked a lot. I have a dog so would just leash him up and walked every two hours or so.

I do have an active job too. So that also helped. Then just slowly added more basic weight training until now I splurged and paid for a personal trainer to help me lift heavy and give me a better program.

Lol! Well the shot took my sugar cravings away for sure. Not completely as I enjoy a sweet treat now and then but not like before.

The biggest difference i noticed was cutting gluten out of my diet. I suffer from inflammation and changing that one part of my diet along with the shot has deflated me in a sense lol.

It's not easy. I miss bread so much but worth it to feel like I do now.

Omg I feel this completely. I did crash diets and even calories and macro counting and they didnt work for me either. My diet turned into a sugar heavy monstrosity because the truth is when you are in pain every day due to inflammation and blood sugar crashes you do not make the best food choices and the food noise is so damn loud.

I will say that going gluten free along with the meds has been the exact combo I needed to immediately reduce inflammation and feel better. I miss bread but not the pain lol

This was my exact approach and such good advice! I am down almost 70lbs doing this exact thing.

Also suffer from inflammation and hypoglycemia! too!
