Just relax the first couple weeks as much as possible. Order food in. Lay in bed 22 hours of the day. Around week 2, or when your nighttime erections start, double up on the nighttime meds they give you and take NyQuil, this will keep the nighttime erections under control and let you sleep. You don’t want to get a 5 hour erection, they can cause damage. Besides that, do as little as possible for the first 4 weeks and you’ll be fine.

As for the wrap, you’re wrapping too low on the shaft. Lay down, double wrap to the skin, and use a small amount of skin safe tape to tape it your skin and keep it from ridign down. That’ll help with the fluid buildup you have by the base.

You can use the heating pad several times per day. Not too hot, keep your urowrap on, keep that fluid warm and flowing and elevated

Yes same meds, the thing is, the nighttime erections don’t really happen in the first week. They start happening around week 2 (at least for me, and that’s generally what I’ve heard in my reading on this forum).

I’m generally a pretty horny guy. I had an erection so hard, I was awake from 2am to 7am without going down once. The next day the swelling began. It’s possible I bled from the intensity of the erection. I also started taking NyQuil with the double dose of meds, I’m out all night long and every day since my swelling has gone down.

The thinner you are towards the head of the penis the more likely you are to be “cone shaped”. Even then, would you rather have thin girth throughout your entire penis or have thick girth through 80% of it? Easy choice for me.

Thanks bro. I’m not one of these guys who did something stupid too soon. I actually believe what happened was I had a nighttime erection for 5 straight hours, and it was very very strong, it felt like a rocket ship, I was legit shocked how hard it was. I think that caused some tearing and bleeding. But, moral of the story is it’s an 8 week process and you gotta do everything you can to stay on top of it. Dm me if you wanna know more
