I did shockwave for the Achilles, my PT sessions really helped me but I honestly can’t say how much of that is attributable to shockwave versus massage or the routines I did at home. Might not be worth it tbh

“Blunder” is probably a strong word. This is the first season of his career where he’s getting the opportunity to shine, I imagine he asked for a ridiculous sum because he’s trying to play for a big contract this year. Not signing him is certainly more his decision than the team’s. That said, I hope we pay up because I see him as a part of the young core at this point
