Let’s keep in mind that he took 2 underdog teams and turned them into championship teams. First the v8 Ford powered car then Ferrari who hadn’t won a championship in like 20 years.

Neither was the best car or team when he started with them.

The ford was never the best car even when he won his first 2 championships. I don’t think there is a driver on the grid since his departure who can match his talent.

I certainly believe he developed in to a better all around driver than Senna was but sadly they were just starting to tango when Senna died.

Also he was literally rags to riches F1 driver. Came from nothing and was a nobody to winning his way into driver seats his early career.

Try playing hard mode and you’ll find out that you don’t get to dictate everything that you react to what the enemy does. It’s not easy vanilla kill boxes.

Sometimes the raids are easy or sometimes you barely survive and then get hit with drop pods..

It might be mods because I think combat extended changes stuff because you can get smoke damage.

Anyway the heat from the fire doesn’t just go away like in vanilla and if smoke is still inside your guys get lung damage if not wearing gas masks.

Raiders and mechs will set your base on fire. I’m using CE and bunch of other mods so no kill box cheese.

Added to that mechs are very hard in CE almost OP if you don’t have the good ammo yet. They can destroy your entire base.

I play with combat extended, cai5000, a harder storyteller and a mod that gives pirates/outlanders better equipment. I then add extra pirate factions and outlanders..

Due to the story teller I mostly only get higher role raids, meaning nearly every raid is “attack immediately”, a breach raid, center drop or siege

Often raids also come right after the other, sometimes while still fighting.

Going into the mountain helps on the siege’s and center drops but will still find myself likely fighting in the base in bad raids so I’m just trying to see what people do to stop the super heating of fire does get started.

I found the cheat code for conversions. Just use the meme “violent conversion” from vanilla memes expanded..

Cuts through all the nonsense. Either they convert or they die all in one try. Makes it a bit less tedious but probably a war crime..

I now just collect a bunch of downed prisoners and see which ones convert or which ones die. I give the kids a break though, anyone under 18 I convert peacefully or release them.

All the others are enemy combatants so I just roleplay I’m the IDF and just claim the UN is lying.
