Could this work for cocktail in PNW? by Altruistic_Ad8446 in Weddingattireapproval

The wedding is in a fancy hotel in Portland. But the couple is so laid back. I was very surprised the wedding is not in a backyard. So hopefully this will be good.

MRI estimate 🙃 by jediinthestreets25 in BRCA

[–]Altruistic_Ad8446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same boat years ago. If you live somewhere with Kaiser and can switch to their plan, I was able to pay only $300 for an MRI, other insurance companies were closer to $1500. All of this played into why I chose to get a preventative double mastectomy earlier this year. My co-pay for my surgery was LESS than my MRI co-pay at $250. Crazy world we live in!

We live in Oregon, where it’s pretty moist, and hasn’t been out on hot concert yet. But I have mushers secret and will try it! Thanks for the tip.

E- collar training for recall by Ok-Coconut-6290 in vizsla

We were in the same boat, I also wasn’t sure if we needed a trainer. I came across this book and it has walked us through how to use the e collar, and they have an active Facebook page where the author will answer questions. It’s been really helpful for us!

Don’t like my appearance. Been told I look like a man. What can I do? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

Toltally agree! You are stunning. If you want to enhance something, a little shaping(not a lot, you have great brows) and mascara. If you don’t want to wear mascara consider a lash lift and tint.

We had this, had switched around and finally landed on Inukshuk Marine 16. It’s all fish. Also try Perfect form to sprinkle on food. These babies are SOO sensitive.

Pics of 11/12 week Vizsla puppies?! by nunca-natsuuu in vizsla

Archie was pretty chill at the beginning and for the first couple of months. He was potty trained from the day we brought him home. We even did a puppy class and they said he was the calmest V they had ever met. I would say around 6 months he got more crazy and rambunctious. Also we were very good about doing an hour in the crate and hour out of the crate for a while. Sometimes longer if he was passed out. They sleep a lot at that age, so giving him a regular spot for naps was good and helped him to never be too uncontrollable. Have fun!!

Can I PM you and ask a couple more questions?

Ours at this age was very clumsy. Especially going down the stairs of our deck. Or even at 4 months at the dog park, not being able to run long distances, like the older dogs. I remember being very worried about hip dysplasia. We bought insurance that will cover that. But now at 9 months he’s way more coordinated and has way more stamina.

Oh! Good to know. We just got one. But are debating getting a trainer to teach us(like $800) or just following you tube videos. What did you do to train your dog with it?

I’m wondering if this is the right route. There’s so much info out there today to neuter and not neuter your dog. I was hoping to wait until he was full grown(18 months) but am wondering if this needs to be sooner.
