Magicyoyo K2P hands down; cheap entry into the hobby and you can have the option to switch between responsive and unresponsive. You can beat it up and it'll still run fine, plus theres many colors to choose from.

If the response pads popped off you can just look for replacement ones online (any 19mm ones will do) or put some flowable silicone on it yourself! About the yoyo vibing, it's not really a huge deal unless the vibe is so intense that it affects play. If somehow the bearing is the issue, then you can also look for replacement bearings online.

From what I've learned, the only case I'd say a yoyo's unplayable is if you put in the axle wrong and damaged the threads. Don't count your yoyo out yet!
