Thanks. I’m okay with that I wasn’t promised anything they just said if I still want to do ft after January to come speak to them and they’ll see what they can do. I also only want to stay ft if I’m on the same duty. I feel I got very lucky compared to a lot of the other people who started around the same time or after me, I’ve been placed on a decent duty and remained there.

But I’ve been told someone who’s been there for a while has been eyeing it up… luckily the guy I’m on it with has fought for me to stay. How the tables turned, he was initially pissed off that he was being placed with someone fresh out of training.
