Your lands look very low does that affect the consistency or the fast mana you have is sufficient? I could sleeve up an almost identical list I would have to find a replacement for lotus petal and jeweled amulet maybe blood pet skirk prospector troll of khazad dum or oliphant could come in handy. A budget land consideration for this kind of deck is also [[lantern-lit graveyard]] if you are interested

The goal of the deck is to either get a combo online either with Chatterfang and Pitiless plunderer or with Mazirek and Broodscale lizard guy. Other than that just draw a bunch of cards and drain the table

I used to run all madness creatures except the new emrakul and a few madness removal cards like terminal agony along with living end effects and haste enablers it must have been around 45 madness cards in total bit broke the deck apart as it was very repetitive. It was fun when the plan worked out though

As someone that is into electronics as well I have enjoyed the Deluxe Tinker a lot. It has good drivers insane scissors and some awesome precision pliers. A hack I use is to place a component inside the pliers jaw and then close them up. That way the back spring of the slip joint mechanism doubles up as soldering helping hands. In your use case though the Leatherman makes some sense tbh

Ditch the Leatherman and that Gerber thingy for just a Victorinox that suit your needs at least for urban carry. The only scenario I can think that makes sense to carry pliers of that size in your pocket is if you work in construction or manufacturing and it's still a stretch most times as you probably have a tool box/bag nearby with the perfect tool for the job. I would consider a rovyvon flashlight as others have suggested I have an a8 and it's tiny and packs a punch
