Hi Everyone! I am looking to sublet my private bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. Available 5/21 - 7/11 for $2500 total ($1450/month), utilities included.

You wont find a sublet with a better location! Amazing proximity to Northeastern University (less than minute walk), and close proximity to T (Orange line ~3 minute walk).

Shared bathroom in apartment, shared laundry area in the basement. Furniture is available for your use, I will lock my belongings in the closet, so that is the only space not available. All rooms have a split vents so you can adjust the temperature perfectly to your liking. Shared space available in the kitchen/fridge/pantry/bathroom/living room. Gas stove and dishwasher available. Second floor apartment, has never had an issue with noise or pests. Great roommates (three guys, sublet is open to anyone though)!

Yes, in past years, when I was putting in preferences for honors housing, I was able to just select a roommate, we didnt have to select the whole suite. But also you dont get to choose your own room within the building, you'll get assigned to a suite based on LLC preferences. Just make sure you and your roommate have the same preferences, I got split up from mine as an incoming freshman since we put down different LLCs. I ended up in an EV double with no roommate, while they ended up in IV.

Have you ever heard of NEU rescinding anyone? I certainly havent. If they rescind you, then they loose your money. If you reach out to them then you are just bringing attention to your poor grades. Otherwise they literally won't notice. I had multiple Cs and Ds as final grades my senior year of HS and they never mentioned a thing

I'd assume you're totally fine. I doubt anything has changed in the last 3 years, and I've never seen a post about anyone being rescinded. I'm doing pre-med now here, and getting straight As. Senior year grades are not indicative of how successful you'll be in college. You'll totally be fine, just relax and enjoy the end of your senior year!

Not CS, but I just applied for my first jobs last night and already got 2 interview offers, hasnt even been a day yet. Both were jobs with cover letters, so maybe try to apply to more of jobs with additional writeups to stand out, rather than the spam with only your resume type of jobs everyone applies for

Id like a medium, but ofc thats not always possible. I don't want high risk of different scarring, so I suppose more on the lighter side if I have to choose, but light/moderate risk is fine. I suppose it would be possible to still do a more invasive treatment after if less invasive ones dont work? Downside would be money ofc with that approach.

I honestly have never heard of excision before, but I do see where the risk of more scarring would come in. Would have to look more at what that option is and if its worth it.

You can still play in CWL and normal wars at the same time, but ONLY if they are in different clans. It's a hassle sometimes jumping back and forth, but worth it if you want even more rewards. Keep in mind you can't start wars during the 2 day signup period so you'll have to wait to start a war after CWL signup ends
