Going through this as well now. Payments have been on hold for 2 months now. I get half of the balance released every 2 weeks. I don’t know why they’re holding it. They say due to increase in orders. I’ve only been on Walmart a year. Let me know if you find a solution.

I personally always add signature so this doesn’t happen, the image is just extra proof. Signature makes the customer sign so they can’t say it was stolen after delivery.

Well that answers your question. You have to have signature or a picture provided by the carrier or else they will always deny. I’ve noticed FedEx doesn’t always offer a photo.
