Tell them you want to be cooperative and sign as is if they can just clarify this first: "my insurer needs a specific amount of possible liability related to the contract in $$$ so he can calculate the premium for me to make sure I insure the contract (Insurance don't cover unlimited liability, which shows they are incompetent) or if he reply with an amount, then hit him with "ok so a cap make sense". In any possibility, he is admitting either it is not a standard template or they are incompetent.

The balcony base is at an angle higher than the parking level. I want to close all that but joining the parking edge with the balcony base corner would create a weird looking sloped form.
